Mike and Molly of the Proud Crowd have been very good to us. They go above and beyond managing our multi-unit building, our tenants have told us how kind, respectful and fair they are. They have educated us about new state rental laws, provided advise, and we trust their expertise.They have also helped us look for more properties (personal and investment), crunching numbers, driving by listings, so many things to save us time. And a bonus is they will occasionally give you beautiful seasonal produce from their garden.
