Mike and Molly are hands down the best property managers I’ve come across in Los Angeles. They have been my property managers at my apartment for a year and a half now and they have been nothing but professional and accommodating. When we have had issues in the past with delivery of checks being postponed when out traveling, they were more than understanding of the situation and didn’t penalize us due to a third party error. They are incredibly organized and diligent. They facilitated revamping the apartment units exterior to look clean and accent the pieces on the building that make it beautiful and highlight the building for its architectural gems. They always give plenty of notice to tenants regarding any maintenance or city inspections so no one is ill prepared. On top of this, they are incredibly kind and warm people who make living in this city a beyond inviting experience when it is near impossible to find somewhere to live. I could not recommend renting with them more!
